You can retrieve your email through your POP3 Email Client Software (i.e. Outlook, Outlook Express, Eudora, etc.) by pointing your POP3 and SMTP settings to "yourdomain.com". In order to send email, be sure you have the "Authentication" turned ON. Your username should have been emailed to you when your account was setup, but generally your username is is yourname@yourdomain.com.
Also, you can access email via the web at "http://yourdomain.com:8383". Log on with yourname@yourdomain.com. You can also administer your email accounts by accessing "http://yourdomain.com:8383/domainadmin" . In this case you are administering for your entire website, so your login ID is youdomain.com (.net, .org, .biz...whatever).
